It means that Payless is having a Buy One Get One half off sale! I haven't made it over there yet, and I hope I don't miss it. I went online and saw some cute ones. It will be just my luck that they don't have the ones I like at the stores here in Twin. Sigh. It doesn't hurt to look right? :0)
